CONTACT
Tell me what you are stuck on.
Send me the site and a short description of what is going wrong. I will look at it properly before I reply, and you will get a straight answer on what I would deal with first and why.
No sales script, no discovery call designed to wear you down. If search is not the thing holding your business back, I would rather tell you that than take the work.
- I read the message myself. There is no team, no account manager and no automated reply chain in between.
- I open your site and check the obvious things first: whether it can be crawled and indexed, what it already ranks for, and whether the tracking is telling the truth.
- You get my honest first read in plain language — what the main constraint looks like from the outside, and what I would check next.
- If the work you need is not work I do, I will say so rather than sell you something adjacent to it.
Send a message
The more you put in the message, the more useful my reply can be. Your website address and the problem in your own words are enough to start.

WHAT TO SEND
What helps me answer properly
None of this is compulsory. It simply means my first reply can be about your situation rather than a list of questions.
Your website address
The live URL, plus any older domain or staging site still in play. Most of a useful first opinion comes from the site itself.
What you sell, and who to
The products or services that actually pay the bills, and the kind of customer you want more of. Search work is only useful when it is pointed at real demand.
What you have already tried
Previous agencies, plugins, migrations, redesigns, ad accounts. Knowing what has been done already saves you paying me to rediscover it.
What a good outcome looks like
Enquiries, orders, calls, a particular market — whatever you would honestly judge this by. It decides which numbers matter and which are noise.
FAQ
Before you send
I read the message myself and look at your site before I write back. What you get is my honest first read: what the main constraint appears to be, what I would check next, and whether this is work I should be doing for you at all.
Yes. The first look costs you nothing and carries no obligation. It is how I work out whether there is a real problem I can help with, and how you work out whether you want to deal with me.
No. If the site is broadly sound and the problem sits elsewhere — the offer, the pricing, the follow-up after an enquiry — I will say so. I would rather turn work down than take money for something search cannot fix.
The site, the problem in your own words, and read access to Search Console and GA4 if they exist. If they do not exist, setting them up is usually the first job, because without them every recommendation is a guess dressed up as advice.
Yes. The work is remote and the data behaves the same wherever the business is. Language, currency and local results change the detail of a plan, not the method behind it.
Rather see the work first?
Fair enough. Plenty of people want to see how someone thinks before they write to them. The case studies show how individual projects were approached, and the service pages explain what each piece of work actually involves.
