SERVICES
Search work that earns its keep.
I am Raju Ahamed, an SEO consultant. I work with owners and in-house teams directly, on the parts of search that are actually holding a site back.
Every service below starts the same way: with your Search Console, your analytics and your ad accounts, not with a template.
WHERE TO START
Not being found — the pages exist, but they do not show up for the searches that matter.
Ads spending without converting — the clicks arrive, the enquiries do not.
Numbers you cannot trust — the reports disagree, so nobody acts on them.
Most work I take on begins in one of those three places. Send me the site and I will tell you which one you are in.

WHAT I DO
Every service, in one place
Eight services. Almost nobody needs all eight at once — the point of looking at your data first is to work out which two or three actually apply to you.
SEO Consulting
Direction, when you already have a team or an agency and no clear plan. I go through what search is currently doing for you, find where the gap actually is, and hand back a prioritised list of what to fix and in what order.
You keep the plan and the reasoning behind every item on it.
Technical SEO
Crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture and page speed. Before a page can rank for anything, a search engine has to be able to reach it, render it and decide it is worth keeping in the index.
This is usually where I find the quiet problems: pages blocked by accident, duplicate versions of the same URL, templates that render nothing without JavaScript.
On-Page SEO
Making each page obviously about the thing someone searched for. Titles, headings, page structure, internal linking, and the content itself measured against what the results page is already rewarding.
Often the page is close. It is answering a slightly different question to the one people are asking.
Local SEO
For businesses whose customers search with a place in mind. Google Business Profile, the map results, location and service pages, consistent business details, and reviews handled properly rather than gamed.
If you sell nationally and have no physical presence, this is not the service you need, and I will say so.
Ecommerce SEO
Shops have problems ordinary sites do not: category pages competing with each other, filters generating thousands of near-identical URLs, product variants splitting the same demand, and stock that comes and goes.
The work is deciding which pages are meant to rank, then making the rest get out of their way.
Google Ads
Paid search when you need demand now rather than in six months. Account and campaign structure, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy tied to the landing page, and bidding that is based on conversions you can actually verify.
The first thing I check is whether the conversions being optimised towards are real. Very often they are not.
GA4 & GTM
Analytics and tag management set up so the numbers mean something. Events that match how your business actually earns, conversions defined once and used everywhere, and reporting in Looker Studio that a non-technical person can read.
This is the least exciting service on the list and the one that changes decisions the most.
AI Search
People now ask assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity for recommendations, and those answers rarely include a list of ten blue links. The work is making it clear what your business is, what it sells and who it serves, in a form that is easy to quote.
This part of search is moving quickly. I will tell you what is understood and what is still guesswork.
HOW I WORK
How an engagement actually runs
The same four steps whichever service you end up needing. How long each one takes depends on the size of the site and how much of it is already in order.
01
Audit & discovery
I get read access to Search Console, your analytics and any ad accounts, then crawl the site myself. The aim is to find what is actually stopping the site from earning the traffic and enquiries it should — not to produce a list of every small thing a tool flags.
02
Strategy
We agree what we are actually trying to change, and I put the findings in order of what is likely to matter most against what it costs to do. You see the reasoning, not just the list, so you can push back on anything that does not fit the business.
03
Execute & optimise
The work gets done — by me, or by your developers and writers with specifications from me, whichever suits you. Changes go out in batches so it stays possible to tell which ones did something.
04
Report & scale
Reporting in plain language: what changed, what moved, what did not, and what I would do next. Where something did not work I say so, and we spend the effort somewhere else instead.
WHY A CONSULTANT
Why work with a consultant
There are good agencies and there are good consultants. These are the differences that are true of working with one person rather than a team you never meet.
You talk to the person doing the work
No account manager relaying questions to someone you never speak to. If you ask why a recommendation was made, you get the answer from the person who made it.
Decisions come from your own data
Every recommendation traces back to something in your Search Console, your analytics or your ad accounts. Not to what worked for a different business in a different market.
Nothing happens you cannot see
You know what is being changed and why before it is changed. Nothing is done to your site that you would be uncomfortable explaining to Google or to a customer.
Technical and commercial in one place
The crawl, the content, the tracking and the paid side are looked at together. Problems in search usually sit across those boundaries rather than neatly inside one of them.
Tracking before tactics
If the measurement is wrong, every decision after it is a guess. So the first thing I check is whether the numbers you are looking at describe what you think they describe.
Plain-language reporting
Reports you can read without a glossary, saying what changed and what I would do next. If a month was quiet, the report says the month was quiet.
FAQ
Common questions
I look at the site and the accounts first, then propose a scope based on what I actually found. Scope depends on the size of the site, how much is already in place and how much of the work you want to do yourselves.
I would rather tell you that one service is enough than sell you four.
The website address, read access to Google Search Console and your analytics, and access to any ad accounts that are running. If tracking is not set up yet, say so — that becomes the first piece of work rather than a blocker.
It also helps to know what you sell, to whom, and what you have already tried.
It varies, and anyone who gives you an exact date is guessing. A fix to a technical problem that was blocking indexing can show up quickly; building relevance for competitive terms is slower.
What I can tell you after looking at your site is which of the two you are dealing with, and what I would expect to change first.
Yes. This work is done remotely — crawls, account access, calls and written reports. Time zones are a scheduling question rather than an obstacle.
What matters more is whether I can read the market you are selling into well enough to be useful, and I will say if I cannot.
Yes. You are talking to the person doing the analysis and making the recommendations. Where implementation needs your developers or your writers, I give them specifications precise enough to work from.
Plain language: what was changed, what moved, what did not, and what I would do next. The underlying numbers come from your own Search Console, analytics and ad accounts, so you can check anything I say.
Where a month was quiet, the report says the month was quiet.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people are not, and that is fine — working out which service applies is part of the job, not something you should have to decide in advance. Send me the site and what is bothering you about it, and I will tell you where I would start and why.
