About Raju Ahamed — SEO Consultant & Digital Marketer
SEO · Technical fixes · Tracking · AI search
I am Raju Ahamed, an SEO consultant and digital marketer. I am a consultant, not an agency, so the person who reads your data is the person who writes the plan and the person who does the work.
For five years I have helped business owners turn search into a dependable source of customers — some running local service businesses, some selling across borders. The work starts by finding out why a site is not earning the traffic or the enquiries it should, and then fixing that, in the order that matters.

MY APPROACH
My approach to SEO
I start with the question most people skip: why is this site not earning the traffic or the enquiries it should? Sometimes the answer is technical — pages that are not crawled, a slow template, a structure search engines cannot follow. Sometimes it is content and relevance: the pages exist, but they do not answer what people are actually searching for. Very often it is tracking, and nobody has noticed that half the conversions were never recorded.
So the order of work is set by the evidence, not by a checklist. Every recommendation comes from data in Search Console, GA4 and the ad accounts — not from opinion, and not from copying whatever a competitor happens to be doing. If something in your data says a plan is wrong, I would rather change the plan than defend it.
BEHIND STRATEGY
The experience behind the strategy
Five years of this work has been spent with business owners rather than with marketing departments. Some run local service businesses where the whole question is whether the phone rings. Some sell across borders, where the same product page has to make sense to people in several countries at once. The problems look different from the outside and are usually the same underneath.
That range is why I do not separate the technical side from the commercial side. A crawl fix that does not lead to an enquiry is housekeeping. A campaign that cannot be measured is a guess. I keep both in one pair of hands so nothing falls into the gap between a developer, an agency and an analytics contractor.
ABOUT RAJU
Who is Raju Ahamed?
I am an SEO consultant and digital marketer, and I work on my own. There is no account manager between us and no junior picking up the parts nobody wanted. When you send a question, it reaches the person who looked at your data, and the answer comes back with the reasoning attached.
Most of my week is spent in Search Console, GA4 and ad accounts, reading what actually happened rather than what was supposed to happen. The rest goes on the work that follows from it: crawling and speed, site structure, the wording and intent of the pages themselves, and the tracking that tells you whether any of it worked. I also spend time on the newer side of search — how AI assistants such as AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity decide which brands get mentioned at all — because that is quietly becoming part of how people find businesses.
- A consultant, not an agency — you work with me directly.
- Technical SEO, on-page work, local and ecommerce search, Google Ads.
- Analytics and tracking set up properly before tactics are chosen.
- Search visibility in AI assistants as well as in traditional results.
Traffic on its own is just a number. It only counts when the right people arrive and something happens next.
WHY ME
Why businesses work with me
You talk to the person doing the work
No handover, no relay of messages. The person who reads your data writes the plan and carries it out, so nothing is lost in translation.
Decisions come from your data
What I recommend comes out of your Search Console, your analytics and your ad accounts. Not from a template, and not from guessing what a competitor must be doing right.
Nothing is done you cannot see
You get the audits, the documents and the tracking set-up, and they stay yours. If we stop working together, the work does not walk out of the door with me.
Technical and commercial in one place
Crawling, speed and structure sit next to the question of whether the page earns an enquiry. Keeping both together stops fixes that are technically correct and commercially pointless.
Tracking before tactics
Measurement gets checked before anything is changed. If the numbers you are reporting on are wrong, every decision built on them is wrong too.
Plain-language reporting
Reports say what changed, what it means and what happens next. No jargon used as cover, and no dashboard handed over without an explanation.
SERVICES
SEO by Raju Ahamed
These are the areas I work in. Most projects use two or three of them rather than all eight, and which ones we start with is decided by the audit, not by a package.
SEO Consulting
A read of where your search visibility actually stands, and a prioritised plan for what to do about it.
Technical SEO
Crawling, indexing, speed and site structure — the groundwork that decides whether your pages are seen at all.
On-Page SEO
Making each page answer the search it is meant to answer, in wording a reader and a search engine both follow.
Local SEO
For businesses that need to be found nearby — maps, local results and the pages behind them.
Ecommerce SEO
Category and product pages, faceted navigation and the crawl problems that come with a large catalogue.
Google Ads
Paid search run alongside the organic work, so the two are not competing for the same clicks by accident.
GA4 & GTM
Analytics and tag management set up so the numbers you make decisions on describe what really happened.
AI Search
How AI assistants choose which brands to mention, and what makes your site easier for them to cite.
THE PROCESS
How working with me actually goes
01
Audit
I go through the site and the accounts and work out what is holding it back — crawling, content, tracking, or some combination. You get the findings written down, in order of what matters.
02
Strategy
We agree what to do first and why, and what we are deliberately leaving until later. The plan is built around your business, your data and what you can realistically act on.
03
Execute
The work gets done — by me, or alongside your developer or writer where that is quicker. Either way you can see what changed and when it changed.
04
Report & Scale
We look at what the data did afterwards, in plain language. What worked gets more attention, what did not gets dropped or rethought rather than quietly repeated.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
No. I am a consultant and I work on my own. That means you speak to the person who reads your data and does the work, and there is no account layer in between. It also means I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so if I cannot give something proper attention I will say so rather than take it on.
Technical SEO such as crawling, indexing, speed and site structure; on-page work so pages answer the searches they are meant to answer; local and ecommerce search; Google Ads; and analytics and tag management. I also look at how AI assistants decide which brands to mention. Most projects use two or three of these, chosen by what the audit finds rather than by a package.
In plain language, saying what changed, what the data did afterwards and what happens next. If a number moved I will tell you what I think caused it, and where I am not sure I will say that too. You keep the audits, documents and tracking set-up regardless of whether we carry on working together.
It varies, and honestly anyone giving you an exact date is guessing. It depends on the state of the site, how competitive the searches are, and how quickly changes can actually be made and published. Some fixes show up quickly because they remove a blockage; others take months of steady work. I would rather set expectations properly at the start than promise a timeline I cannot control.
Yes. Some of the work has been with local service businesses and some with businesses selling across borders, so working remotely and across time zones is normal. We agree in advance how often we speak and how you will reach me, so distance does not turn into silence.
Access to Search Console and analytics, the ad accounts if there are any, and enough access to the site to see how it is built. Beyond that, an honest description of what you sell and who you want to reach. The more context I have about the business, the less time gets spent on work that looks good in a report but does nothing commercially.
Let's talk about your growth
If search is not bringing you the enquiries it should, the useful first step is finding out why. Tell me about the site and what you are trying to grow, and I will look at it properly before either of us talks about a plan.
